You can craft 20 FCR max on an amulet (if you get 10% from the fixed + 10% from the variable spawn). Sometimes a variable spawn is identical to a fixed one so they add together, or stack. For instance, Caster amulets will always have at least "5-10% Faster Cast Rate, 4-10% Regenerate Mana, 10-20 To Mana" and 4 other variable/random properties. Crafted items spawn with 3 fixed and 4 variable properties. These are not maximums but just a list of the values for only the fixed part of the craft. The fixed properties guaranteed to spawn are listed to the right of each pack type (see “other packs” above). All jewels work (magic, rare, and even facets). Stats or type of jewels have no effect on the outcome. Stats on base items (amulets, rings, etc) have no effect on the outcome. Only gambler character level (of the base item, me) and the crafter character level (you) affect the outcome!. Craft in normal since crafting in normal, nightmare or hell has no effect on outcome. The order you put them in the cube doesn’t matter. Take one of each item (base item, gem, rune, & jewel), put in Horadric cube, and transmute into a crafted item.
